Terms of business & Size Charts
Art work and designs:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all final art work is checked & approved. Please carefully inspect all elements of the art work that we have provided. Check all spellings, text, colours, logos, placements, omissions etc.
- Titan sports will not be responsible for mistakes/errors in production after art work has been signed off.
- All art work, designs and visuals that Titan sports design are the property of Titan sports unless an agreement has been made between the client and Titan sports.
- We will make colours/pantone colours as close as professionally possible, it is understood that many colours will vary across many fabrics, materials, devices etc
Payment:
- Once order is confirmed, 100% payment is payable on all orders less than €3,000/£3,000 total including VAT
- Amounts above €3,000/£3,000, a 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of order. Order is not confirmed until this is paid.
- The balance of 50% is payable before goods are dispatched. Goods will not be dispatched before final payment is made.
- A 2.5% additional charge on invoices applies to credit card payments.
- Quotations are valid for two weeks. Prices may vary after this time period due to various fluctuations.
Lead Times/Ordering:
- Please note our lead times below, We will not be responsible for any missed dates/deadlines if goods are ordered outside of these recommended lead times.
- If goods are ordered outside of these lead times, the risk of late delivery is significantly increased and Titan sports will not be held responsible.
- We will not be held responsible for delays in shipping & delivery/couriers. Shipping & delivery is outside of our control. Once we dispatch the order in good time, we have fulfilled our requirements.
- Stock colours or quantities are not guaranteed until the deposit is paid (ie stock levels may change from time of initial quote/query to the point of order confirmation/deposit)

Sizing/garments:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review a particular products size chart (below) and insure that are satisfied with this before providing the order/quantities to us. See below for sizing of our most popular garments. All other products/garments size charts are available on request.
- It is accepted that some measurements will not be exactly as stated on the particular size chart. An acceptable level of tolerance is 2cm +/-
